1. UAE Shipping

Free Shipping

✔️ Free shipping on all orders above AED 300
✔️ Applies to Dubai + all other Emirates

Orders below AED 300 will include a standard delivery fee shown at checkout.


Dubai Deliveries

Same-Day Delivery - 55 AED

  • Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon)

  • Orders placed after this time may be delivered next day

Next-Day Delivery - 30 AED

  • All other orders will be delivered the following business day

Delivery times may vary during sales, public holidays, or peak seasons.

Standard Delivery Dubai - 25 AED

  • Delivery timeframe: 2–3 business days

Rest of the UAE - 25 AED

  • Delivery timeframe: 2–3 business days

  • Includes Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain

  • Remote areas may require additional time


2. International Shipping

Standard Delivery — 85 AED

Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days

Express Delivery — 110 AED

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Please note:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer

  • Processing times may vary depending on destination country and customs procedures

  • Prices are shown in AED. Your bank will automatically convert to your local currency at checkout.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number

  • Courier details and tracking link

Tracking updates may take several hours to appear after dispatch.


4. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please review your address details carefully at checkout.
7DRIP is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts

  • Additional courier charges for re-delivery or address modifications

If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is:

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Missing

  • Delivered damaged

Please contact us within 48 hours at support@7dripofficial.ae.
We will coordinate with the courier and assist you with the next steps.
