Refund policy

At 7DRIP, we want you to love your pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, you are welcome to return your order within 30 days of delivery, as long as it meets our return requirements outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✔️ Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
✔️ Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
✔️ Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
✔️ Items must pass our quality inspection

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

❌ Underwear
❌ Socks
❌ Headwear and accessories
❌ Items marked “Final Sale”
❌ Items purchased with deep-discount promotional codes (clearly stated at checkout

❌ Orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) are not eligible for cash refunds. These orders may only be exchanged for another item or issued as 7DRIP store credit.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements above.


2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • A different size

  • A different color

  • The same product only

Exchanges depend on availability.
If the requested size or color is not available, we may issue store credit instead.


3. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned items have been received and inspected.

Once inspection is complete, you will receive an email confirming:

  • Approval or rejection

  • Refund amount

  • Refund method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 7–14 business days for your bank or provider to reflect the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.
Store credit:

  • Does not expire

  • Can be used on any future purchase

  • Cannot be converted into cash


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A short description

We will arrange a replacement or provide a resolution.


6. Return Shipping Costs

For UAE orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs charges, or import duties associated with returning items.


7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
If you need assistance, contact us immediately after placing your order.


8. How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please go to the Quick Links section at the bottom of our website and select "Start a Return"

Include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will send you the return instructions and address.


9. Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance or discounted “Final Sale” items

  • Accessories and hygiene-related items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

We follow UAE consumer protection regulations.
Your rights under UAE law are respected and upheld.
